Sandy has been hunting bears since late 1980s and has
become known for killing bears in the Ouachita Mountains.
For an exciting hunt, book your hunt with the Outlaw Sandy Roark and
his guides this fall. Limited numbers of hunters taken. Most hunts are
semi-guided over bait out of ladder stands or ground blinds.
Bears weigh 150lbs to 600lbs. Record book bears are possible.
Season's archery: October 1st through November. Black Powder starts
October 13-21. There is a Rifle season but Sandy usually doesn't hunt
because of deer hunter pressure.
Lodging is in motels, or Sandy has 2 cabins available.

Mostly black
bears, but some cinnamons aren't uncommon. Bore bears' weight range
from 200 pounds to 600 pounds.

Spring Turkey Hunts!
Sandy guides spring turkey
hunts in April in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Shotguns only! 100% kill rate
in 2006!
With over 30 years of experience our top

mountains. He began hunting turkeys in the hills of Arkansas in the
1970s and, through the 80s and 90s, he became well known as one of the
